Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes steps that crushed neodymium-iron-boron fine powder and metal-sheet-shaped gallium particles are evenly mixed at the temperature lower than the melting point of gallium, then the even mixture is subjected to magnetic field orientation forming at the temperature higher than 30 DEG C, and the sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet is prepared through isostatic pressing, sintering and heat treatment in sequence. The method is advantaged in that the sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet prepared by the preparation method has higher residual magnetism, maximum magnetic energy product and coercive force, excellent magnetic performance and low impurity element content. 本发明公开了一种烧结钕铁硼磁体及其制备方法,该制备方法将破碎后钕铁硼细粉和金属片状镓颗粒在低于镓熔点的温度下混合均匀,再将均匀的混料在高于30℃温度下磁场取向成型,再依次经过等静压、烧结、热处理,制得烧结钕铁硼磁体。通过该制备方法制得的烧结钕铁硼磁体具有更高的剩磁、最大磁能积及矫顽力,磁性能优异,且杂质元素含量低。
