The financial management end is used for providing personalized intellectual property operation terminals and operation systems for different clients and comprises an enterprise and public institution user financial management terminal, a related government department user financial monitoring management terminal, an industry organization user financial management terminal, a personal user financial management terminal and a system administrator terminal. The virtual private network is used for connecting data transmission between the financial management end and the financial data server and ensuring the safety of the data in the transmission process; the financial data server comprises an authority management system, a financial data analysis system, a financial regulation sys
