The preparation method of the modified electrode comprises the following steps of firstly, preparing three-dimensional graphene by adopting a one-step thermal reduction method, crosslinking horse radish peroxidase on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene modified screen-printed electrode by utilizing glutaraldehyde, then adding chitosan on the surface, and then crosslinking choline oxidase on the surface of the electrode by adopting glutaraldehyde, and constructing the three-dimensional graphene/double-enzyme modified biological enzyme electrode.
