Firstly, three-dimensional SnO2 nanoflowers are synthesized through a hydrothermal method, a polythionine modified SnO2 nanoflower photosensitive electrode is prepared through an electropolymerization method, choline oxidase is modified on the surface of the polythionine modified SnO2 nanoflower photosensitive electrode through a cross-linking method, and then a double-enzyme modified photosensitive electrode is constructed through glutaraldehyde cross-linked phospholipase D; the modified photosensitive electrode has good selectivity and high sensitivity.
