Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a bandwidth flow scheduling method and device and a storage medium. The bandwidth flow scheduling method is applied to a fusion cloud platform, and the fusion cloud platform is in butt joint with a plurality of public clouds. The method comprises the following steps: for a first service, obtaining current bandwidth flow data generated by each public cloud in a statistical period, and determining current charging data of each public cloud according to the current bandwidth flow data of each public cloud; determining a scheduling strategy for the current bandwidth flow of each public cloud according to the current charging data of each public cloud and the rated charging data corresponding to each public cloud; and scheduling the bandwidth flow of each public cloud according to the scheduling strategy, and after scheduling the bandwidth flow of each public cloud, re-executing the step of acquiring the current bandwidth flow data generated by each public cloud in the statistical period f
