Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses glycosidase derived from fructus lycii and application of the glycosidase. The glycosidase is alpha-glucosidase which is obtained through analysis, comparison and integration and has an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ No.1, and the nucleotide sequence of the glycosidase is shown in SEQ No. 2. The glycosidase can convert L-AA into single AA-2G, and no by-product is generated. The alpha-glycosidase can be industrially applied, the reaction condition is simple, the reaction time is short, and the product is single and easy to purify. The alpha-glycosidase and a method for producing AA-2G by using the alpha-glycosidase can provide a new idea for generating AA-2G through an enzymic method.
本发明公开了一种来源于枸杞的糖苷酶及其应用,所述糖苷酶是经过分析对比整合得到的如SEQ No.1所示氨基酸序列的α-葡萄糖苷酶,其核苷酸序列如SEQ No.2所示,该酶能够将L-AA转化为单一的AA-2G,无副产物生成。本发明所述的α-糖苷酶可工业应用,反应条件简单且时间短,并且产物单一易于纯化。本发明的α-糖苷酶和使用该酶生产AA-2G的方法可以为酶法生成AA-2G提供新思路。 |
