Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a color-changing composite film which comprises a first color-changing layer, a transparent conductive layer and a thermochromic layer sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. The first color-changing layer comprises color-changing microcapsules and a first base material used for dispersing and bonding the color-changing microcapsules, the color-changing microcapsule comprises a core material and a shell wrapping the core material, and the core material comprises a redox color developing agent solution and oxygen-deficient tin dioxide nanoparticles dispersed in the redox color developing agent solution. The shell includes a polymer resin. According to the color-changing composite film provided by the invention, the color-changing effect under the condition of visible light irradiation or heating can be obtained through the arrangement of the first color-changing layer and the thermochromic layer, and multiple color-changing modes can be realized by utilizing different color-changing co
