The contract online filling management method comprises the steps of obtaining a contract filling request of a requester; obtaining a corresponding contract template according to the contract filling request, converting the contract template into an editable template, and dividing a modifiable region and a non-modifiable region in the editable template according to the modification attribute of each node in the contract template; obtaining the filling content filled in the modifiable area, and correspondingly generating filling information; and converting the editable template containing the filling information into a new contract.
