Random noise of the acceleration channel of the high-precision rate offset frequency inertial measurement unit is estimated according to the following formula: k=-1, -0.5, 0tau=1-30 s; k=-0.5, 0, 0.5tau=10-80 s; k=0, 0.5, 1tau=50-2900 s; sigma1(tau), sigma2(tau) and sigma3(tau) are random noises corresponding to different time periods tau; and Ak is the coefficient of the noise term. The random noise item coefficient of the acceleration channel of the high-precision rate offset frequency inertial measurement unit is estimated by using a multi-overlapping piecewise Allan standard deviation method, and the estimation result is more accurate.
