The composite coating sequentially comprises a bonding layer, a protective layer and a waterproof layer from bottom to top, the bonding layer is formed by spraying and curing of binder powder, the protective layer is formed by spraying and curing of protective layer powder, and the waterproof layer is formed by uniform coating of waterproof paint on the surface of the protective layer and curing of the waterproof paint.
