Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a selective hydrogenation catalyst with high coking resistance. The method comprises a step of Pd and Ag loading, and is characterized in that an adopted carrier is a carrier with bimodal pore size distribution, the pore sizes of the carrier are 15-50nm and 80-500nm respectively, Ni and Cu are loaded by adopting a microemulsion method, and the particle size of microemulsion is more than 50nm and less than 500nm, so that most Ni and Cu cannot enter small pores of the catalyst. Pd and Ag are loaded by adopting a traditional dipping or spraying method. And under a capillary siphon action of a capillary tube, most Pd enters small holes in the surface of the carrier, and drying and roasting are performed to obtain the required catalyst. The catalyst prepared by the method provided by the invention can be used in the selective hydrogenation process of C2 fraction, and has good hydrogenation activity, excellent selectivity and high coking resistance.
