Data sharing method and system based on inadvertent transmission protocol

One or more embodiments of the invention provide a data sharing method and system based on an unintentional transmission protocol. The method comprises the steps that a sender encrypts data needing to be shared and then uploads the encrypted data to an agent; the receiver requests the file from the sender through the encrypted request; after receiving the request, the sender sends a re-key to the agent in a manner of inadvertent transmission by the agent, and the agent re-encrypts the stored file according to the re-key after receiving the re-key, and then sends the re-encrypted file to the receiver; and finally, the receiver decrypts the received encrypted file to obtain a required file. The method is based on unintentional proxy transmission of a three-party model, and file data sharing is performed by comprehensively considering file sharing security, user operation privacy and data control.
