Broadband radio frequency switch and edge optimization method thereof

The invention relates to a broadband radio frequency switch which comprises a switch circuit part and a control end, a circuit used for direct current connection and alternating current isolation is arranged between the switch circuit part and the control end, the circuit used for direct current connection and alternating current isolation constructs a control signal into a differential mode signal, and a radio frequency signal forms a common mode signal. The invention also relates to an edge optimization method of the broadband radio frequency switch.
