Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a laser crystal direct-impact cooling type micro-channel radiator. The laser crystal direct-impact cooling type micro-channel radiator comprises a laser lath crystal and two groups of micro-channel radiators with the same structure; each micro-channel radiator comprises a micro-channel layer and a cover plate layer. A fluid working medium enters a laser lath crystal centralized heat dissipation area from the middle part to perform high-speed direct impact and rapid cooling; and the micro-channel structures of the micro-channel layers strengthen the heat transfer of the fluid working medium. The fluid working medium flows towards two sides after entering the micro-channel layers, and takes away heat diffused by the laser lath crystal on the bottom surface, so that the temperature distribution difference between the micro-channel layers and the surface of the laser lath crystal is greatly weakened.
