The method aims to solve the problems that an existing blade modeling design needs engineering experience of a designer, so that a design method is not programmed enough, and a large amount of time and cost are consumed. The system comprises a blade design parameter input module, a blade constraint point coordinate calculation module, a blade profile control coefficient calculation module, a blade profile point calculation module, a blade channel boundary line calculation module and a calculation point output module. The method comprises steps: inputting blade design parameters; obtaining coordinates of a blade constraint point through the blade design parameters; wherein the blade profile control coefficient calculation module is used for establishing a constraint equation of each curve segment of the blade profile, and obtaining coordinates of profile point
