Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to water pump operation optimization technologies, and aims to provide an intelligent and efficient optimization control method for a water pump. The method comprises the steps that a water pump operation monitoring system is constructed, and a differential pressure sensor, a flow meter and a plurality of pressure gages are arranged on an inlet/outlet pipeline of the water pump to obtain operation data of the water pump in real time and transmit the operation data to an upper industrial personal computer; and through model selection design of the water pump, control over a pressure head available for water pump cavitation allowance is realized, and the inlet pressure of the water pump is monitored in real time and controlled.
