The sugar-liquid separation of cyperus esculentus is realized by utilizing a physical oil squeezing technology and a chemical liquid separation technology; the product characteristic that a beer body has high aroma is realized through a fed-batch fermentation technology in the later period of fermentation, and a wider application scope of cyperus esculentus in beer brewing is provided.
