Preparation method and application of thermo-oxidative aging resistant polyurethane elastomer material

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a thermo-oxidative aging resistant polyurethane elastomer material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding isocyanate and hydroxyl-terminated liquid butyronitrile into an organic solvent for mixing and pre-polymerizing to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer, wherein the mixing pre-polymerization process is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere under the conditions of heating and stirring; (2) dispersing carbon nanodots into the polyurethane prepolymer, heating and stirring to obtain a mixture; and (3) adding a chain extender into the mixture, and vulcanizing to obtain the thermo-oxidative aging resistant polyurethane elastomer. According to the application, the thermo-oxidative aging resistant polyurethane elastomer material prepared by the preparation method is used as a protective sleeve material of a composite cable for industrial machinery equipment.
