Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optimized planting method of regenerated sorghum. The method comprises the following steps of selecting an improved variety, selecting a high-quality, high-yield and strong-regeneration hybrid sorghum variety Jinyunuo No.3, applying 15000 kg/hm of human and animal manure and 75 kg/hm of urea (pure N is greater than or equal to 46%) when each seedling grows to be with 5-7 leaves, applying 150 kg/hm of urea during jointing, applying 150 kg/hm of urea 15 days after full heading, performing hole application after raining or hole application by adding sufficient clear manure water, harvesting 80% of first-season sorghum ears in a wax ripening stage, reserving one section of stump, reserving 2-3 strong seedlings at the bottom when regenerated buds grow to be each with 2-3 leaves, removing upper seedlings and weak seedlings, thinning the seedlings, timely applying seedling germination fertilizer, and applying 75 kg/hm of urea, thereby promoting rapid seedling emergency of the regenerated b
