According to the method, different microbial agents are used in different growth periods of crops, and firstly, a microbial agent containing bacillus subtilis and base fertilizer are applied at the same time; secondly, during sowing, paenibacillus polymyxa is used for seed dressing, or during transplanting, a paenibacillus polymyxa suspending agent is used for root dipping, and after seedlings emerge neatly or are transplanted and recovered, a paenibacillus polymyxa microbial agent is used for performing flushing application again; and finally, bacillus amyloliquefaciens is sprayed to the overground parts of the crops. With adoption of the method, different action mechanisms of microorganisms and metabolites are fully utilized, synergistic interaction is achieved, crop growth can be remarkably promoted, the crops are induced
