The floc monitoring device comprises a shell, a light source assembly, a reflection assembly, a photosensitive assembly and a control module, wherein the light source assembly, the reflection assembly, the photosensitive assembly and the control module are arranged in the shell. The reflection assembly is a rotating assembly; light emitted by the light source assembly is reflected into a water body through the reflection assembly, and scattered light is formed when the reflected light irradiates flocs; the photosensitive assembly is used for detecting the scattered light and converting a detected light signal of the scattered light into an electric signal; and the control module is in signal connection with the photosensitive assembly.
