Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an artificial matching type miRNA for controlling gene expression and application thereof. The present invention provides a novel artificially matched miRNA using a miRNA. The artificial matching type miRNA is single-stranded nucleic acid comprising an X region and a Y region, and is configured as that the 3' terminal of the X region and the 5 ' terminal of the Y region are connected through a linker region with a non-nucleotide structure; the X region comprises a mature miRNA guide chain sequence; and the Y region is a single-stranded nucleic acid comprising a sequence completely complementary to the X region.
