Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a system and a method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement from all solid wastes obtained through garbage fly ash heat treatment. The method comprise the following steps: proportionally mixing garbage fly ash and aluminum ash, and carrying out high-temperature heating pretreatment; and drying desulfurized gypsum, mixing the dried desulfurized gypsum with pretreated garbage fly ash and aluminum ash in proportion, carrying out ball milling, homogenizing, and calcining in a calcining furnace to obtain the sulphoaluminate cement clinker. The removal rate of chlorine salt in the garbage fly ash can reach 90% or above through the heat treatment temperature of 900-950 DEG C, and the chlorine content is reduced to 0.8 wt% or below; the decomposition rate of dioxin in the garbage fly ash reaches 95% or above; the total removal rate of Na2O and K2O in the garbage fly ash reaches 90% or above, and the total removal rate is reduced to 0.5 wt% or below; and no wastewater is generated in the process |
