Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a power electronics unit (1) having at least one printed circuit board (2) and having a cooling device (6). The printed circuit board (2) has at least one electronic component (3a, 3b), which rests flat in a heat-transferring manner in a heat transfer area (5a, 5b) on an electronics side (2a) of the printed circuit board (2). The cooling device (6) has an impingement jet chamber (7), through which a cooling fluid (8) can flow from an inlet (9) to an outlet (10) and is connected in a heat-transferring manner at a cooling side (2b) to the printed circuit board (2), such that the power loss produced in the electronic component (3a, 3b) can be output to the cooling fluid (8). According to the invention, the cooling device (6) has at least one nozzle plate (11) having at least one flow nozzle (12), which is arranged in the impingement jet chamber (7) and divides the latter into an inlet-side inlet chamber (13) and an outlet-side outlet chamber (14). The inlet chamber (13) and the outlet ch
