Zusammenfassung:This control device is provided with a load fuel quantity calculation unit (111), an allowable fuel quantity calculation unit (120), a flow rate low value selection unit (131), a basic drive quantity calculation unit (141), a fuel deviation calculation unit (142), and a correction unit (150). The load fuel quantity calculation unit determines a load fuel quantity that is established in accordance with a required output. The allowable fuel quantity calculation unit determines an allowable fuel quantity at which a gas turbine can be protected. The flow rate low value selection unit selects a minimum fuel quantity (CSO) from among the fuel quantities determined by the load fuel quantity calculation unit and the allowable fuel quantity calculation unit. The basic drive quantity calculation unit determines a basic drive quantity (IGVb) of an air intake quantity regulator. The fuel deviation calculation unit determines a fuel deviation ([delta]min) between the allowable fuel quantity and the minimum fuel quantity.
