Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a solid-liquid separation method for solid-liquid separation of a slurry containing coarse crystals of (meth) acrylic acid and a mother solution in a chamber, while supplying a gas into the chamber, the method separates the mother solution from the slurry via a filter disposed in the chamber. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain purified (meth) acrylic acid having few impurities by reducing the amount of mother liquor, in particular, reducing crude crystals of methanol as a solvent, and purifying the crude crystals having reduced impurities together with the mother liquor. 一种固液分离方法，是将包含(甲基)丙烯酸粗晶体和母液的浆料在腔室内进行固液分离的方法，其中，一边向上述腔室内供给气体，一边介由配置于上述腔室内的过滤器从上述浆料中分离上述母液，通过该方法，能够得到减少了母液量、特别是减少了作为溶剂的甲醇的粗晶体，由与母液一起减少了杂质的粗晶体进行纯化，从而能够得到杂质较少的纯化(甲基)丙烯酸。
