The method comprises the following steps: initializing parameters, including determining the number of particles, the metabolic rate and prior distribution of the particles, and setting the initial positions and states of the particles; calculating a particle space state set, a survival state set and a normalized weight set; carrying out resampling; and outputting a state estimation result.
