Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a non-contact flame temperature measurement method for a coal-fired power plant boiler. The method comprises: a radiation signal preprocessing method of an optical platform; a noise reduction method of a hearth flame radiation signal; and a multispectral radiation temperature measurement method. According to the embodiment, firstly, the optical platform is used for collecting a radiation signal of hearth flame, and the maximum signal intensity is obtained by adjusting optical platform equipment; a flame original radiation signal is reconstructed to obtain signal data after noise reduction; and finally, a nonlinear mapping relationship between the target true temperature and the target brightness temperature under each channel is solved, and the target temperature is calculated. 本发明提供一种非接触式的燃煤电站锅炉火焰测温方法。其中方法包括:光学平台的辐射信号预处理方法;炉膛火焰辐射信号的降噪方法;多光谱辐射的测温方法。本实施例中,首先使用光学平台采集炉膛火焰的辐射信号,通过调整光学平台设备获取最大信号强度;进而重构火焰原始辐射信号,得到降噪后的信号数据;最后求解目标真温与各通道下目标亮温的非线性映射关系,计算目标温度。
