Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steelmaking method for reducing Al2O3 inclusion of low-carbon aluminum killed steel by adopting an RH single-connection process. The process route adopting the RH single-connection process comprises the following steps of KR molten iron pretreatment, converter treatment, RH treatment and continuous casting, so that an LE process is omitted; the process comprises the following steps of 1) optimizing a converter blowing process and a tapping process; 2) reducing the carbon and oxygen deposition and oxygen content of converter end point molten steel and the converter tapping slag amount; 3) optimizing a ladle top slag modification process; 4) optimizing the RH treatment process; and 5) optimizing continuous casting process.
