The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing an emulsion, and subjecting the emulsion to standing for later use; sleeving a palm model with a glove core, and preheating the palm model in a drying oven; immersing the palm model into a coagulator for uniform coagulation; immersing the palm model into a prepared emulsion; immersing the palm model in an alkaline surface treatment agent for surface treatment, wherein the alkaline surface treatment agent is a KOH-methanol solution; and pre-vulcanizing, soaking and vulcanizing the palm model having been subjected to surface treatment, and finally removing the palm model to obtain a glove product.
