The invention relates to a method for extracting an impurity-containing catalyst by sucralose esterification reaction, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) pumping floccule in a floccule storage tank into a washing kettle, adding pure water for washing, stirring, and standing for layering to obtain a floccule layer; (2) putting the floccule layer into a floccule extraction kettle, adding cyclohexane for extraction, standing, separating out an upper layer, returning the upper layer to the system for reuse, distilling and heating a middle layer and a lower layer to 85-95 DEG C to separate two phases to obtain lower-layer black impurity-containing organic tin acetate, and treating the upper layer in a sewage station; (3) adding liquid caustic soda with the concentration of 4-6% into a neutralization reaction kettle, heating to 85-90 DEG C, then adding the impurity-containing organic tin acetate for alkaline hydrolysis, and filtering to obtain a solid dibutyltin oxide crude product; an
