The adapter polyurethane co-curing foaming mold comprises an upper mold assembly, a lower mold assembly, a side splicing block and a locking device; the upper mold assembly and the lower mold assembly can be switched between a mold closing mode and a mold opening mode, and in the mold closing mode, the upper mold assembly is installed on the lower mold assembly through the locking device; the side splicing block is installed between the upper mold assembly and the lower mold assembly, and a containing space is defined by the side splicing block and used for containing a rubber plate; and an embedded part can be installed on the upper mold assembly and extends into the containing space in the mold closing mode, and a first air hole and a second air hole are arranged on the upper mold assembly and the side splicing block respectively.
