The present invention provides a filtering device for gas detection, which comprises: more than one viewing cup, the viewing cup is made of a transparent material, the top of the viewing cup is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and the gas inlet and the gas outlet of each viewing cup are connected through a pipeline to form a series connection; the viewing cup is filled with a filtering medium; and the viewing cup is also internally and vertically provided with an air guide pipe of which the top is connected with the air inlet.
