The invention discloses a heating furnace and a microwave heating device, wherein the heating furnace comprises a furnace body which is internally provided with a heating cavity; a furnace door assembly which is arranged on the furnace body; and a jet flow plate, which is arranged in the heating cavity, wherein a first isolation pad is arranged between the jet flow plate and the furnace door assembly and is made of high-temperature-resistant nonmetal. Accoridng to hte invention, the first isolation pad arranged between the furnace door assembly and the jet flow plate is adopted for isolating heat from being transmitted to the furnace door assembly through the jet flow plate, so that high-temperature hot air flow is prevented from being jetted to the furnace door assembly from a gap between the jet flow plate and the furnace door assembly, the temperature of the furnace door assembly is reduced, and therefore, the problem that the furnace door is heated to deform is solved. 本发明公开一种加热炉及微波加热装置，其中，所述加热炉包括：炉体，所述炉体
