Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an actuating shaft displacement detection microstructure and a precision manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of machinery manufacturing. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of annular grooves are machined in the outer surface of the actuating shaft body in the axial direction; a first coating in the annular grooves is sprayed at two ends of the actuating shaft body by adopting a surface coating technology, and a second coating is sprayed in the annular groove between the annular grooves at the two ends; the surface coating is trimmed by using a precision machining technology, so that an annular structure in which a coating material and a shaft body material are alternately distributed along the axial direction is formed on the surface of the actuating shaft.
