Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a variable displacement pump and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of pumps. The variable displacement pump comprises a containing part, an inner rotor and an outer rotor, wherein the inner rotor and the outer rotor are arranged in the containing part and form internal meshing; and the variable displacement pump further comprises an adjusting component arranged on the outer rotor, and the adjusting component is arranged in the manner that when the adjusting component moves, the outer rotor is driven in the manner that the distance between the axis of the outer rotor and the axis of the inner rotor is not changed.
