The tail gas treatment device comprises a base and a tail gas treatment box, the upper surface of the base is fixedly connected with a tray through a buffer seat, the buffer seat is composed of a base plate, an air bag and a rubber plug, the air bag is installed on the surface of the base plate, an inflation inlet of the air bag is connected with the rubber plug in a pluggable mode, a supporting column is fixedly connected to the position, close to the side edge, of the surface of the base, the top end of the supporting column is detachably connected with a mounting base through a bolt, and the mounting base is fixedly connected to one side of a pressing plate.
