Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a moxibustion and massage integrated mechanism which comprises a massage head, a planet carrier and a driving mechanism of the planet carrier, an outer gear is formed at one end of the massage head, and a massage part is formed at the other end; the planet carrier is of a hollow cavity structure, a gear structure is formed on the side wall of a hollow cavity of the planet carrier, and a through hole allowing a massage part on the massage head to penetrate through is formed in the bottom of the hollow cavity of the planet carrier; the outer gear on the massage head and the gear structure on the planet carrier form a meshing transmission structure, and the massage part on the massage head is exposed out of the planet carrier; and when the planet carrier rotates under the action of the driving mechanism, the massage head is driven to rotate relative to the planet carrier by the rotation of the planet carrier.
