Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of animal model construction, and discloses a construction method of a gastroenteritis animal model caused by SARS-CoV-2. The method comprises the following steps: before simulating virus infection, carrying out acid enema treatment on gastrointestinal tract epithelium, adding acetic acid to cause a slight injury, and after carrying out acid enema treatment, intraperitoneally injecting SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein to facilitate the reproduction of the simulated mouse viral gastrointestinal tract symptoms; the animal model obtained through the method is consistent with clinical symptoms of COVID-19 patients reported in the prior art, so that the animal model constructed through the method can copy gastrointestinal tract manifestations of the clinical COVID-19 patients.
