The method comprises steps of extracting wind power output power data from annual power grid operation data, carrying out the classification of the power data, and analyzing a reverse peak regulation phenomenon of wind power output; aiming at the reverse peak regulation characteristics of the typical day, mining evaluation indexes reflecting the reverse peak regulation degree by utilizing a statistical analysis method; normalizing the evaluation indexes, and determining the weight of each evaluation index by using an analytic hierarchy process; converting the optimal solution of the evaluation index into the shortest distance to the ideal point by using a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on the ideal point, and converting the shortest distance into a fitness value representing the optimal overall state; establishing an energy storage auxiliary peakregulation capacity optim
