Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for identifying deafness related genes based on a back propagation neural network support vector machine (BPNN-SVM) hybrid classifier, and belongs to the field of data analysis. A back propagation neural network classifier and a support vector machine classifier are adopted to form a hybrid classifier, and the purpose of identifying deafness-related genes by usinga calculation method in combination with sequence characteristics is achieved. According to the method, a small number of training samples are used for training a hybrid classifier, the classifier with the best classification effect is searched for classification through continuous iterative loop, and a back propagation neural network and a support vector machine algorithm are combined together. In order to check the effectiveness of the model, 62 determined deafness-related genes collected in a literature database are classified by using a trained BPNN-SVM integrated model. The classification model provided by the in |
