The ultra-wideband double-core photonic crystal fiber cladding is composed of a substrate material and dielectric holes, the dielectric holes comprise a non-central dielectric hole, a central inner dielectric hole and a central outer dielectric hole, the substrate material comprises a double-core area, an annular gap between the central inner dielectric hole and the central outer dielectric hole is a central dielectric ring, and the central dielectric ring is filled with graphene.
