Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for improving the bonding strength of a coating in spraying installation of an optical fiber sensor, and belongs to the field of aero-engine testing. The mounting method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a nickel-based alloy coating (with the thickness of 100-300 microns) by using an atmospheric plasma spraying process to locally pre-fix the optical fiber sensor coating, then preparing a nickel-based alloy coating by using a high-pressure cold spraying process to finish mounting, and meanwhile, tamping and strengthening the pre-fixed coating. The thickness of the composite coating prepared on the basis of the method is adjustable between 0.4 mm and 2 mm, the porosity of the coating is smaller than 1%, the bonding strength is larger than 60MPa, reliable installation of an optical fiber strain and temperature sensor on an aero-engine blade is achieved, and the installation success rate is larger than 90%.
