In the production process, the finish rolling temperature is controlled to be 895-915 DEG C; and in the coiling procedure, low-temperature coiling is adopted, the coiling temperature is controlled to be 580-600 DEG C, a coiling off-line is put into a heat preservation cover for heat preservation and slow cooling, and the heat preservation time is controlled to be 48-75 hours.
