Application of gene GliT in resistant screening as screening marker gene

The invention discloses application of a gene GliT in resistant screening as a screening marker gene. The gene GliT has a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. At present, related reports related to that deep-sea fungal genes serve as molecular screening markers are not yet reported.
