Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a gene GliT in resistant screening as a screening marker gene. The gene GliT has a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. At present, related reports related to that deep-sea fungal genes serve as molecular screening markers are not yet reported. Therefore, a gene sequence of a screening marker GliT is obtained from a cDNA library of a deep-sea fungi FS140 and is successfully introduced into saccharomyces cerevisiae S. cerevisiae BJ5464, functional verification is carried out through antibiotic drug screening, and it is surmised from results that antibiotic drugs are converted into oxidated products without bioactivity by the gene GliT so as to exert a detoxication action.
