The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30.0-35.0 parts of epoxy modified furan resin, 0.3-0.6 part of an inorganic flame retardant, 0.2-0.4 part of a smoke suppressor, 0.1-0.2 parts of a smoke suppressor, 0.4-0.6 part of an anionic wetting dispersant, 2.0-3.0 parts of nano silica aerogel, 1.3-1.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 6.0-6.5 parts of zinc borate, 3.0-4.0 parts of hollow glassbeads, 1.0-2.0 parts of pigment, 4.0-5.0 parts of melamine polyphosphate, 4.0-6.0 parts of a flame retardant filler, 19.0-22.0 parts of a solvent, 0.9-1.1 parts of an adhesion promoter; and 2.7-3.0 parts of propylene glycol monomethyl ether.
