Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of automotive trim felt rim charge treatment, and discloses an automotive trim felt rim charge collecting device. A frame body is provided with a cutting assembly, the cutting assembly comprises a cutting frame, two transmission press rolls, a cutter roll and a cutter forming roll, the outer wall of the cutter roll is fixedly connected with a cutting blade, and the end portions of the two transmission press rolls are connected with mutually meshed first transmission gears. The end portions of the cutter roll and the cutter forming roll are fixedly connected with second transmission gears which are meshed with each other, and chain transmission or belt transmission is adopted between the transmission rolls and the cutter forming roll, between the transmission rolls and a cutter head and between the cutter forming roll and the transmission press rolls. The device has the following advantages and effects that synchronous operation of the cutter head andthe cutting assembly is a
