The progressive die design comprises a male die, a female die, a stripper plate and a strip stock layout of the whole progressive die. All the parts are combined together in an assembling mode and are fixed through pressing screws and positioning pins. The hoop parts have the characteristics of precision and thinness, have very high requirements on the material, the machining mode and the heat treatment process of workpieces, the error accumulation caused by multiple times of machining of a single die can be overcome by adopting the progressive die for machining, the workload of production workers is simplified, the production efficiency of the precise and fine hoop parts is improved, and large-scale batch production of the hoop parts is realized.
