The method comprises the steps that a scheduling server receives a task and selects an AGV for executing the task; the scheduling server reads vehicle limiting information configured on the road section or the road section node from an AGV map, wherein the vehicle limiting information is AGVidentification information allowing or forbidding passing; the dispatching server obtains a road section or a road section node allowing the AGV to pass through according to the vehicle limiting information; and the scheduling server plans a task path from the current position to the position of a task target point for the AGV according to the road section or the road section node allowing the AGVto pass through.
