The invention relates to an image forming apparatus that reduces moisture adhering to a conveyance member that conveys a recording medium in single-sided printing. The image forming apparatus (1) is provided with conveying components (a double-sided turning roller (33a) and a double-sided turning roller (33b)) which are not used during single-sided printing. The image forming apparatus (1) includes a duct (air blowing duct (4)) having an air suction port (air blowing duct air suction port (43)) for sucking air from the outside of the image forming apparatus (1) and an opening portion (air blowing duct exhaust port (41)) provided at an end portion different from the air suction port and facing the conveying components.
